    The T-odd triple-product (TP) asymmetries in B decays to a pair of vector mesons are treated as a good probe of CP violation because of the CPT symmetry. If CPT is no longer a good symmetry, such correlations between T-odd and CP-odd observables do not exist, and one might get unexpected nonzero TP asymmetries as a signal for CPT violation. Abstract. We present new measurements of CP-violation parameters in B 0 → ϕK 0, K + K-K^0 S, f 0 ()K 0_S, η ' K 0 S, ω K 0 S, K 0 S π 0, and K *0 γ (K *0-> K 0_S π 0) decays based on a sample of × 10 6 B{bar B} pairs collected at the ϒ(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB energy-asymmetric e + e-collider. We report a measurement of the CP violation parameters in b->c anti-c d decays. Mixing-induced CP violation involving this transition is studied using a sample of B0->J/psi pi0, D*+D*- and D*+-D.

Ina hint of CP violation in decays of neutral D mesons was reported by the LHCb experiment at CERN using fb −1 of Run 1 data.

This thesis describes the thorough analysis of the rare B meson decay into ϕ K* on data taken by the Belle Collaboration at the B-meson-factory KEKB over 10 years. This reaction is very interesting, because it in principle allows the observation of CP-violation effects.
